The second part of the Governing Council Meeting of the FoodLAND project has been focused on the forthcoming activities and results. It has been centred on the innovations that are being developed, implemented and tested in the different Food Hubs participating in the project.

FoodLAND project aims to develop, implement and validate innovative, scalable and sustainable technologies aimed at supporting the nutrition performance of local food systems in Africa. These technologies range from novel nutritious food products, production technologies, and several types of technologies for food processing.

Partners participating in every technology broadly explained the work made so far for their development or adaptation, challenges they are facing, and the steps they have scheduled for the next months.
