The Tunisian National Institute of Agronomy (INAT) is a governmental higher education and research institution. Dean of engineering training in Africa, the main mission of INAT is engineer higher education in all the fields of agronomy. INAT is involved with national associations and communities in order to keep being aware of field problems related to agriculture, local population and territories: several agriculture technical centers (Citrus, fisheries, vegetables, against waste, cereals and legumes) and also associations.

Role in Foodland

  • INAT is leading the actions related to test the drying processes and tools, and will contribute to the project with a prototype for solar drying.
  • INAT is involved in most of the tasks that comprise the project (WP2, WP3, WP4, WP5, WP6).
