Azeb Baltna is a medium scale enterprise in Ethiopia, specialized in the production and supply of flours of various traditional spices including shiro (peas/beans), berbere (paper) and abish (fenugreek), and has got plans to expand to the production and supply of teff flour.
Role in Foodland
Azeb Baltna will particularly be involved in innovation and development of two novel food products envisaged in the FOODLAND project, i.e., blending of teff flour with moringa flour and producing moringa oil. (WP4, WP5).
